I’ve been doing the third and fourth rule! :)Got these from my Uncle. I trust him because I saw how he transformed his body. Well, these are just basics, he said. And these are just what I want to follow. I just thought I’d share. You might want to lose weight too. :) Tip #1: Do not eat within three(3) hours before you sleep. Give your body enough time to digest. You can snack on raisins, grapes or prunes because they are laxatives. They clean your system. Tip#2: Stop sleeping in. You have to wake up and start moving. If you start moving as soon as you wake up, you bur 2-3x faster. Your cardio work out should be more than 45 minutes. Otherwise, you’re just maintaining. Tip#3: Stay away from alcohol. Stay away from sugar. Because your body tends to bur sugar first before burning fats. Tip#4: Drink plenty of water. Drink a glass of water before you eat a meal and then drink another one after. Tip#5: Never eat a meal bigger than your hand (literally - the size). Tip#6: A banana a day helps too.
